1. Are Honeyfur products natural?

Honeyfur products formulated with highest quality natural ingredients, mostly sourced in organic farms or harvested in the wild in Italy. Our products are manufactured in a lab that comply with strict European standards.

2. Are Honeyfur products non-toxic?

All Honeyfur products are free from sulfates, parabens, synthetic substances, preservatives, artificial fragrances and colorings, or other harmful chemicals. Full list of ingredients is available on each of the product pages.

3. Is Honeyfur cruelty-free?

We do not test our products on animals.

4. Why does intimate wash have a very strong smell of tea tree oil?

Honeyfur Intimate Wash is formulated without any artificial fragrances, perfumes, or other harmful synthetic chemicals. The strong smell comes from high-quality tea tree oil, which is known for its antibacterial properties. We intentionally do not add any unnecessary, potentially harmful ingredients to “mask” the aromas that come from nature.

5. Can intimate wash cause irritation?

Our products have concentrated formulas as they are created to be effective. We use only natural ingredients such as high-quality essential oils, which could be potential irritants for some people. If you have noticed intolerance to the use of essential oils in the past, please consult with your doctor before use. Also, when the intimate flora is out of balance, applying the product might seem like irritation, while it proves that it actually works. The cooling feeling of freshness should not be mistaken with irritation.

While our products are safe to use during pregnancy, we always recommend you consult with your doctor before use.

7. What is the actual pH of Honeyfur Intimate Wash?

The actual pH of Honeyfur Intimate Wash is 5.5. The pH of the skin is between 4.7 and 5.7, a value needed to protect and fight against external conditions. Personal care products should be within this range in order to preserve the pH balance. We keep the value of our intimate wash at 5.5 since it is closer to the neutral 7.0 of pure water and within the necessary parameters of the skin.

8. Why doesn't the Honeyfur Intimate Wash come in foam?

Normally, foam cleansers are less concentrated than other forms of washes. Honeyfur Intimate Wash is loaded with powerful ingredients to have immediate results. One of our main priorities is the effectiveness of our products as our intimate wash is designed to instantly soothe and calm any irritations, as well as to provide long term support by balancing pH levels.

9. Where are Honeyfur products manufactured?

All Honeyfur products are made in Italy. We manufacture them in an ECOCERT lab that is regulated by EU standards, which are stricter than US standards. ECOCERT is a globally recognized natural and organic cosmetic certification.

10. What is the shelf life of Honeyfur products?

All Honeyfur products have a shelf life of 2 years if they are unopened. Honeyfur Intimate Wash should be used within 6 months after opening.
